The Kings Cross Centre is located in a commanding position
at the ‘Top of the Cross’ at the junction of Bayswater, Kings
Cross and Darlinghurst Roads – right under the landmark
'Coca Cola' sign, which marks the gateway to that
glittering mile.

Kings Cross is one of Sydney’s and Australia’s most densely
populated areas. It is well serviced by public transport with
The Kings Cross Centre literally across the road from the
entrance to the busy Kings Cross Railway Station. There
are three hospitals within walking distance with close
proximity to city fringe museums, galleries, water sports
and lifestyle centres.

As ‘The Cross’ is undergoing major gentrification with
the revitalisation of William Street, the redevelopment of
some major apartment buildings and the rags to riches
transformation of its trendy and affluent neighbour Potts
Point, it is again becoming an exciting place to reside, work
or merely visit.

It is anticipated this Centre will reflect the dynamics of the
residents, office workers and visitors who frequent this area
catering for all, from backpackers wanting inexpensive but
good food, trendy bars and good retail outlets, to the locals
who want to be able to buy all their groceries, gourmet
needs and dine at street cafes without leaving the area.
